Mutual settlements - Salary
Working with the balance of your employees
The Mutual settlements section is designed for monitoring the salary balance of all company employees. This screen displays the current financial status of each specialist and allows you to quickly perform key salary actions without navigating to other sections.
Viewing the balance
The table displays the balance of all company specialists. You can:
- view the balance as of a selected date;
- analyze debt or overpayment for each employee.
Balance data is formed based on all confirmed operations: accruals, penalties, bonuses, and payments.
Specialist menu
Clicking on a specific specialist opens their context menu. Through it, you can:
- view all accruals for the specialist;
- analyze the operations history;
- quickly navigate to related actions.
